• Nakachet relies on reliable third parties for shipping and delivery inside and outsideTunisia. We are working around the clock to ensure that there are minimal delays and interruptions of our services.
• All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
•  Usually, it takes up to 3 business days to deliver orders inside Tunisia and about 21 business days for delivery outside Tunisia.

Local Delivery

After placing your order, we will contact you at the phone number you provided  to confirm your order and notify you about the estimated delivery date.

In-store pickup

You can skip the local shipping fees with free local pickup at our show room located in:

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are from monday to saturday during our working hours (from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm).
